Once order and art is approved, our standard turnaround time is 2.5 weeks. Things that can effect our turnaround time:
•Time of the year
•The number of stiches in your logo
•The qty of items in your order

Chicago-Embroidery.com is now a part of Chicago Signs and Screen Printing. We are located at 3921 W. Dickens in the Logan Square neighborhood.

We do offer rush orders with the following costs below. Rush orders must always be approved by a
Chicago-Embroidery.com team member to assure we have rush slots available.



TO GUARANTEE:

•2 weeks in hands date (10 working days) the upcharge is 20% of the order total.

•Between 1 week and 2 weeks (5-10 working days) 30% of the order total.

•1 week (5 business days) 50% of your order total.

•Same or next day in hands date-100% of invoice total.

Once we accept your order and time frame, be that 3 weeks or 1 day, we are committed to hitting that
deadline. We will not accept an
order just to accept it.

Yes, you may. The following policies apply, and your order approval is your agreement that:

• Chicago-Embroidery.com or Chicago Signs and Screen Printing are not responsible for damage to any garment brought to us. This includes if the damage is caused by our machines, our staff, or any type of natural “disaster”.

• If you need a certain number of garments/hats etc for an event we recommend sending us an extra of each size. This way if there is a mistake or technical issue, we can embroider the extras and still get the number you need.

• In the rare case there is a damaged item, Chicago-Embrodier.com will either embroider a replaced item if it can be provided in time, or credit the embroidery part of the invoice if it can’t, but will not replace the garment.
Prices on items will vary based on the following factors:
• Size and number of stiches in your graphic
• The number of items you are getting done with the same logo
• The time frame to get the items done in.
• Complexity of the garment type.

While costs can range, if you would like an exact quote, please fill out this super easy form. It will ask you the basic questions for us to be able to give you an exact proposal. All completed forma will receive a quite within 24 hours.

Yes, our shipping rates are very reasonable, and we can offer shipping of your order to one or multiple locations. We can ship anywhere in the US as well as internationally. Ask your sales rep for more information, including costs to match your specific needs.
